All wine shipments require a signature upon receipt. Signatures must be obtained from individuals over the age of 21 years.
CREDIT CARD REFUNDS/RETURNS/DAMAGES
Upon receiving your returned shipment, the respective wine company will process a refund to the credit card used at time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Canceled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
The respective wine company will replace any damaged wine due to shipping discrepancies en route caused by the shipper.
Case orders of 12+ bottles receive complimentary ground shipping, 1-6 bottle orders is a flat rate of $10 for ground. Shipping total includes product-handling costs. Please contact customer support at +1 (877)-431-2685 for all other method rates.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
While we continually monitor inventory to ensure our website's accuracy, there are occasions when certain vintages sell out or are no longer available. When that occurs we will replace the wine with a comparable vintage or varietals. Please call customer service at 844-777-1400 for assistance.

All wines are shipped individually according to the respective company from fulfillment centers selected by the wine companies.
